Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
